Thornhaugh Mews, Cheltenham .. safe 4.7% yield

This came on the market yesterday with Adam's at £174,995.

They say  "A modern two bedroom terraced house in the popular Up Hatherley District. Set within a cul de sac position and available with no onward chain, Adams are please to offer for sale this modern property with accommodation that include the entrance hall, fitted kitchen, lounge/diner overlooking the rear garden, two bedrooms and full bathroom. A private drive is set to the front of the house. Currently let but available with vacant possession and No Onward Chain. An excellent investment opportunity!"

I say, don't hang about ... properties in this part of Cheltenham always sell and let well. The link to Rightmove is below.

These let for £650 to £675 per month depending on condition. A reasonable yield of 4.7% but with hardly any void periods and decent capital growth, maybe a safe bet for the nervous landlords of Gloucestershire?
