On the market for just short of £190K , I think it should let for £750.00 PCM. This will be popular with small families and should let easily , therefore minimal void periods. The yield would be around 4.7% which is not fantastic but this would be a relative "safe " investment. You need to think about capital growth as well and this should be relatively strong in such a popular area.
