Salisbury Road area of Gloucester - 6.3% yield

This Victorian terraced came on the market this morning with Taylors for £110,000 (Rightmove link below). Its clean and tidy (see the link for pics) and will rent for £550 per month until the cows come home.

I have a feeling this wont be on the market for long ... get a viewing arranged sooner rather than later

There are great similarities between Cheltenham and Gloucester, but sometimes, the property markets can be worlds apart. If you are a landlord or just someone interested in property, I would recommend you look at both places, as it’s always good to compare and contrast the two places.
